I've never tried yoga. Where should I start? An introduction to yoga class is the best first class for you! However if you don't see an intro class scheduled, feel free to join a beginner, gentle or full moon class.
-
What level class should I take?If you're new to yoga or returning to your practice after a long break, start with a gentle, basics or introduction to yoga class. Once you feel comfortable at this level or if you already have an established yoga practice, try a Level 2. It's also helpful to read about our classes here.

How much do online/live-streamed classes cost?To make yoga accessible to all members of the general public, and those who are social distancing, I offer my Sunday, live on-line classes by donation. There is no set donation amount or schedule. This is based on your ability to contribute, so please give only what you feel comfortable with. If you are experiencing a financial hardship, please come join class, as everyone is welcome. To learn more about how your donations are used click here. To make a donation click here.

How do I join classes online? You need to register for the class(es) you'd like to attend. Some people register one class at a time, some monthly and others for the entire quarter. If you've registered for a particular class, you'll receive a direct link to enter the room through Zoom a day or two before class. There is no need to download an app, just simply click on the link you receive in the email.
