MEDITATION AND/OR RELAXATION

A comfortable and supportive place to sit either on the floor, against a wall or in a chair. A meditation cushion can be helpful if sitting on the floor.​

If focused gaze is part of the meditation, bring a candle or other object you can use to steady your gaze.

Blocks or stool, to place your feet on if your feet don't touch the floor while sitting in a chair.
